There has never been a confirmed drop of a R7 Max Inscribed item.

IF they exist they are the rarest item outside of the Frog Mini pet in all of GuildWars.

Except for the Prophecies collectors edition, you can find these things all over online. Not too long ago I bought the Factions collectors edition just so that I had all three on my account.

13^x uninsc items no longer drop.
Staves with HSR and HCT arranged together no longer drop.

Several types of free to open containers (lost strongbox, frozen chest, etc.) were removed with the 2005 summer update.

During the first month after release there were locked chests in the southern shiverpeaks and monsters sometimes dropped keys for them (called Dwarven Keys iirc). Those got discontinued very early in the game's life. I've seen such a key drop once for a guildmate and never again.

Hmm, I have one of those no requirement staffs with 10 energy on it from when I first started the game, was going to delete it a while back to make space but I think I still have it around, is it worth anything?
